Something Went Wrong in the Tower…
There are some spells you’re not supposed to attempt.
And some mistakes you don’t get a second chance to fix.
Deep inside our newest escape room, a powerful spell was started…
…but never completed.
The Apprentice Who Went Too Far
Every wizard begins as an apprentice.
Learning symbols. Practicing control. Building patience.
But in this tower, one apprentice believed they were ready for more.
More power. More control. More than they had been taught.
So they attempted something forbidden:
A spell designed to balance light and dark magic.
A spell far beyond their level.
They almost succeeded.
The Spell Didn’t Fail… It Fractured
At first, nothing seemed wrong.
Then the magic shifted.
Energy began to pulse through the tower in unstable waves. Symbols changed. Systems stopped responding the way they should.
The spell didn’t collapse.
It fractured.
And now, it’s still running.
The Final Surge
The apprentice’s notes describe a repeating cycle.
Each surge of magic builds stronger than the last.
Each one pushing the spell closer to a permanent state.
According to the final entry:
“When the next full surge completes, the spell will lock. There will be no correcting it after that.”
That surge happens in exactly one hour.
Sixty minutes.
After that, the corruption becomes permanent.
The tower—and everything inside it—will be lost.
Your Role
You are not here to escape.
You are here to finish what was started.
To:
- uncover what the apprentice was trying to do
- identify where it went wrong
- and complete the spell correctly before the next surge completes
Everything you need is already inside the tower.
It’s all there.
But only if you can piece it together in time.
One Shot to Get It Right
The spell is still active.
The energy is still building.
And the final surge is already in motion.
You have 60 minutes to restore balance.
After that…
There is no fixing it.
