THE END IS NEAR
The final days of Creature Room are counting down, which is always comes with mixed emotions for us. Our team puts a lot of thought, energy, and devotion into creating new challenges. And that’s why a new challenge normally take months to complete when we start working on it. So, its always a little sad to retire a mission that was so popular. But we know that most of our local escape artists have completed the creature room, so we need to let it go so that we can replace it with a new challenge.
Creature Room will be the first to go. It was the first challenge that we opened at our North location back in 2016. An amazing challenge for families and first-time escape artists, and it’s been enjoyed by experienced escape enthusiasts. A couple light jump scares keep everyone excited throughout. We’ve hosted 1000s of people in that room, and it’ll be sad to see it go.

WHAT’S COMING NEXT?
As many of you know, we had a two-year conversation with building and safety (and the fire marshal) to educate them on our processes and make them happy with the buildouts that we had done, and the idea of “locking” people in rooms. It was a long process, but very necessary to make sure that we were doing everything in a way that they found safe for our escapees. Because of that process, our creative juices slowed, and we’ve only opened one new challenge during that period (Dr. Frank N Stein’s Lab).
Now that we have all of our processes and builds approved, it’s time to get back to work creating new challenges and themes.
Our first NEW Challenge is The Private Collection of R. K. Ogologist. We are finishing that up over the next few weeks, but after that, we will need to start retiring our older rooms in order to make new challenges.
